Maybe it's the stupid question, but i don't really find about this.

As we know higher PR page gives links juice for the lower PR page. But how about lower PR link gives links juice for the higher PR page?

Everyone is saying, that if you put a higher PR link on your page with a lower PR, you don't need to worry about giving your link juice to it, so that should mean that if we put our link with a high PR on some page with a low PR, we don't get any link juice from it?

I think we should get, but i want to see what other people think about this.

I think every website with some authority will give you link juice. If you have a blog that is a pr2 and you link to a pr3 and a pr1, both will help the authority of your website, although a pr3 would be better obviously.

If I were to guest blog on a website that had less authority than mine, I would still get some link juice from that back link.

IMHO I think Google will only drastically improve your rankings if you can get authority websites to link to you. Focusing on websites that rank lower than yours will not really help all that much.

Every website rather webpage has an authority irrespective of their Pagerank. And when you get a backlink from a website you get the link juice. If the page has high PR with low OBL, you get high link juice.

But most importantly the page has to be relevant, because Google values relevant backlinks for ranking.
