Wordpress SEO by Yoast vs Platinum SEO

I have used both platforms. Too me, it seems Yoast cleans up the head. But, when you run it through the tools.seobook.com spider test, it does not read the keywords. As where Platinum SEO does. I have read other discussions on this, and what I mostly read is that they are the same. I believe there is a difference. Yoast holds it position higher in head where as Platinum SEO sits towards the bottom. But my main concern is mostly about the keywords. Is it relevant that the spider test does not read the Yoast plugin? Does this really matter? Does anyone else have any experience in this issue? Is it safe to run both plugins at the same time and just use the keyword generator on Platinum and all the rest on Yoast?

    There both more a guide as far as i'm aware and shouldn't have any negative impact.
