No the google keyword tool is working just fine for me. Very odd. Are you using an older PC? Do you have a lot of spyware on said machine? How about your internet connection?

Just tried firefox and it works fine, strange. My connection is not the best.
I found another thread on here a few days ago where a guy was having problems as well.

Sometimes there is a problem with loading of the tool. Even I get it sometimes. It's best to use another browser or wait for sometime.

Yes some time this type of issues occurs, i think it is due to slow internet connection speed.

I experience similar thing whenever am on a slow network it will just display a white blank page right?

Try it on firefox and fast connection.

Try to clear your browser's cache and try again. Another solution to try opening it with Chrome. It should be working.
