Happens often to new IM's. Check "exact" in the adwords tool and look up your keyword again.

If indeed the exact local volume is 90.5k and you are hit #3. You can expect to recieve between 20-35% of that traffic imo.

That's impossible... Such a competition and luckily you are in top 3. It is not possible that you are not getting any traffic....

If your website is in top three numbers and keyword you are checking has search counts more than 90k with no traffic coming to your website then you are making fool all of us. Its not possible because your website is on top 3 so the link will be working for sure and there is no other reason as much I know.

90,000 is NOT a big number. This is about 3,000 per day. About 50% of them would click the 1st result, so ... you should be getting about 25-50 visitors each day

90,000 means 3,000 per day, means you would be getting at least 50% if you are on first position that is 1500 visitors, if you are not getting this number of visitors this means, it is not exact match searches..
