Free wordpress-Amazon-Theme ?

Hey all,

Searched google but I didn't found a good one.

I'm looking for a good wordpress theme to create this kind of e-commerce amazon site, any good ones ?

  • There's a free plugin called Woocommerce that goes great with Amazon. They have themes that are compatible with woo, here .


    As for free themes, you run the risk of hidden code being placed inside the theme, or virus. Better to pay.

    Free Wordpress themes are fine If you download the zip file to your desktop, then do a page search in a text editor (Notepad, Notepad++, etc...) for these two keywords:

    If you find the keyword base64, delete the theme & find something else. Odds are the same free theme will be found on multiple sites & one of them might not include the base64 code.

    Base64 is used by spammers to hide backlinks on your live web page & usually only show up on the Google Cache (text version), example.

    For the http:// verify it isn't a spam link inside the theme. Some http:// URLs are legit, example inside the Wordpress CSS header.

    Base64 is the one you have to watch out for (spam link free for all).

  • Don't worry about virus check. Anyone else got more free-amazon-theme ?
  • I just shared this in another post, and thought I might put in here as well for anyone else... I did find two decent Amazon wordpress themes which are free of charge...
