Adsense and Facebook Cover website ?

I want to start a website based on Facebook Cover Photos and Timeline Pictures. But my question is that Can I use adsense on it ?

Will it be against the policy.. I have seen that many websites are already using the same with Adsense. But I want the Opinion from the members of WF.

    • Are the photos public domain?
    • Did you pay for the rights to use the photos?

    If you can't answer yes to any of those questions then don't use the images on your Adsense site.
