    I’m not sure you would see any kind of impact instantly when it comes to ranking in Google. I’m sure it would help your site and probably be apparent within a few weeks or so. Keep in mind that not all authority gets passed on and one link from an authoritative site isn’t going to rocket you to the top of search results.

    Basically getting a PR-9 link, would be a great thing. It will definitely boost your keyword ranking in the SERP's for a sometime. Also getting it from a relevant site is important and not just from a site which is a kind of link farm.

    It depends on how many OBLs that PR9 page has and authority/trust of that site. Make sure also it's not nofollowed. But generally speaking it should become visible within weeks (sometimes days)

    there might be no major change in serp results but your website's Page rank can be increased in next PR update.
    Link juice value depends on number of OBL on the page.
