Hey Warriors
Just wanted to ask, which on-site SEO plugin do you feel is the best? The all-in-one SEO, SEO Pressor or Wordpress SEO? Or does it really matter... are they much the same? I appreciate any experiences or thoughts on this, thanks
Bexy

Prefer to do manual SEO because that is better. You can add some plugins to automate some tasks such as submitting your links to social sites and bookmarking sites like facebook, twitter, linkedin, tumblr, diigo, delicious, and stumbleupon etc.

Ah, ok, thanks for your reply. So, just follow the basic rules regarding good content, good keywords throughout the content to around 3%, H1, H2 & H3 tags, meta tags etc?

Best is to not go by numbers(3% etc), just focus on good content that is worth the time of your visitor and you won't need to focus on any kind of on-page, off-page factor.

I'm going to upload a free WSO that I took from warrior forum in 2011. The file is called "Rapid google rankings wordpress plugin formula" and contains a list of 12 free wordpress plugins (how to install and configure them). Take in consideration that the document is old from seo point of view but I think that is still good.

Many are good. For general SEO you won't go wrong with Platinum SEO, All-in-One-SEO or Yoast SEO (which seems to be gaining ground on its competition rapidly now). For "assistant" SEO programs SEOpressor or Easy WP SEO (available here on WF and actually better than SEOpressor) will also work well.

But never rely 100% on these plugins to do the work for you. You need to know the SEO principles and ensure that these programs do their job correctly. Sometimes you'll also find yourself doing your own thing, in spite of their recommendations.

Try to do manual on-page seo. Meta tag is most important in on-page seo.

Hi, Well i use EasyWPSEO for Post optimization but recently there LSI is not working , so shifted to SEOpressor . Both this plugin is very good and SEOPressor has Over-optimization warning feature, which is the best.

Update:- A new version of EasyWPSEO , soon going to lunch.

If you want free software then , Yoast SEO plugin is best.

    Regards

The best tool is your brain, first and foremost. Next comes the plugin and that is going to be a personal choice really, depending on your own ideas and knowledge of SEO. Honestly if you really know your SEO and know what you want to achieve you can probably do fine with either All in One SEO or Wordpress SEO or just about any plugin. It will be a matter of your personal likes or dislikes.
