Google update 2 days ago!?

Hy! Do you see that google was update his algorithm two days ago?
One 3 of my website now is done (i have a lot of copy-paste articles) I lose about 80-90% from organic results, my friends website are also affectated by this update.
Are you too? Do you know an method to rewon my traffic from organic results?
Is it posible to incrase my website after google penalize me?

    There is some chatter on other IM forums concerning a possible Google update in the past couple of days (March 6th to be exact), but no one knows what type of update it was.

    I would imagine using unique content may improve your situation. Good luck.

    OK. I know that copy-paste articles aren't very good for my website, from now I will post unique articles. But what do you suggest, to write 100-150 articles 3-4/day or to write 500 words articles and only 1/day?
    Whitch one is the best way? Do you know some services to build good backlinks manualy?
    Or do you know how to recover my lost traffic and position in google/?

      Write 1000+ words articles 3 times a week, and make sure they are unique and have valuable content. Of course you can add shorter posts as well.

      No way they are going to do that. There is nothing easier to manipulate than meta description tags.

      Not to mention that Wikipedia still ranks for damn near everything and they do not use meta description tags.
