If there closely related I would go with one big site. But keywords aren't as easy to rank for as they seem, just be careful of what you spend you time trying to rank for.

Build one large site. When a site has more authority it'll be much easier to rank new pages. If Wikipedia made a new article, it would rank page 1 within a day most likely. You want a large site with a lot of domain authority.

The micro niche sites are good if it's super low competition, but in most cases they won't be too profitable.

What can my domain name me for example say if I went into the Computing niche and found 5 buyer keywords and for each 'buyer keyword' I had subjects and for that subjects I had several keywords.

I believe you are referring to LSIs.
These are important for on-page SEO.
However, try not to have more than 3% density for each keyword.
Else, Google might deem the post to be too optimized.

              Great advice here!

I wanted to also provide some advice, using websites like Micro Task sites are a awesome way to really build your websites SEO up, So many people ruin their websites SEO and ranking with Backlinking software and other bot/proxy methods because its simple, Google knows when your faking the funk its so easy to trace routes and no proxy list is not marked as a proxy list.

I tell people this all the time that if your going to spend the money on the software save it and use a micro task site, because regardless of were the traffic is coming from its real, its legit and Google loves it. "an see's these micro task sites as advertisement for your site"

By going to these micro sites and posting tasks like, "Go to Google & search for (Your top keyword) till you find (Your domain) an click it, once there go to my blog and write a decent Positive comment (after surfing atleast 4 pages) about my website and make sure to use my keywords in the post. (For this task you may pay anywhere from $0.30 to $0.90 for a task like that, I mean this is cheap compared to the results your getting from it)

Or the best task and best way to get backlinks is to post a task for backlinking, Search for websites related to mine, once there write a comment starting off about their website then end the comment with a little about mine and a anchor text, or include it in the URL slot, make sure to use my keywords and the websites keywords in your post an PR must be at least a PR3 an above. (For this task you can pay anywhere between $0.70 to $5.00 depending on the wants and PR rank)

The best thing about these sites are you review every task before paying for it, you can even have them fix stuff, I mean this is the key to SEO success after the sites setup and ready for traffic, one other thing is sharing your site on Social media when you have 5 -15 people a day sharing your Social media on theirs, Google picks up on this and is a huge boost to Keyword ranking, most people don't know that in many cases PR3 can out rank a PR7 for keywords there are so many factors!

These types of tasks works wonders because to Google its real people using your website, searching in their search results and out of the others they provided they choose yours, with backlinking as most know Manual backlinking is the ONLY backlinking that really works.

When your the one doing all the backlinking Google see's what IP posted the comment an when you have 400 backlinks all posted by the same IP well lets just say the Backlinking purpose shows Google that others are talking or recommending your website, its a show of popularity and networking, so when you have all these different IPs creating your backlinks Google believes that whatever content you got on your site is very wanted and liked by others!

These websites are such a great SEO tool cause it gives you access to so many different IP addresses that are real people, you can have people go to your website and do whatever task, be it send you a contact message using your contact menu, thats action to google thats points my friend, these sites are the best SEO tools by all means they are worth every penny spent.

(Even if you dont have the money to put on there, you can do others tasks and user that money to post tasks for your own website)

Here are the two best ones I have found so far, WorkExchangeSocial-Turn Your Time Into Money with Work Exchange Social and workexchange.com: The Best Search Links on the Net there is another called Microtask but its mostly international workers and its not that good, I feel the best my a far shot is the WorkExchangeSocial-Turn Your Time Into Money with Work Exchange Social because they have like 80% USA workers and the private forums for verified workers is just a god send to SEO, least has been for me.

The one thing that kinda blows about the work exchange social is that you have to be invited to their private forums and if your a decent spender then im pretty sure its fast but workers must keep a high rating and so on, but for sure worth it!

Personally, I would not use exact keywords like that in the domain name. Use a branded name. For example, I had a site on women's dresses with over 100 keywords/pages but for the domain name I put something along the lines of "dressmeup.com" (I don't want to give the real domain name)

The domain name has such a small effect on rankings.

Since the keywords are closely related, it is better create new pages for each keyword on your authority website.

What can my domain name me for example say if I went into the Computing niche and found 5 buyer keywords and for each 'buyer keyword' I had subjects and for that subjects I had several keywords.
Make sure the URL of each post having the targeting keywords.

Create a homepage with a branded domain name

      5 keywords as 5 articles/subpages

Yes authority site is the best. You could put the keywords in as pages or even categories. If you are going to time on this make it a long term project and add content to it weekly.
Specifically target the buyer in each keyword. The better you understand your buyer the better content you can write or get written.
For best results your site has to look natural.
    Must have a Facebook page.
    Must have gmail account
    Must have Google Plus Page.
    Must have a Youtube account.
Must be prepared to work smart and hard.
Must be prepared to spend a little money on setting up.

All the best with your project, do not expect to make money from the get go.

If all your keywords are related, your just wasting money on multiple domains.

Authority site, that's for sure. Note that you can rank for one of your deep pages, not necessarily your home domain. Most of my traffic comes from one of my deep pages for one of the few keywords that I'm trying to rank for, not my homepage, and it also contributes to on-page seo with inbound links.

Buying separate domains is just a waste of money, and dilution of your seo efforts.
