    This is a very broad and untargeted question as there can be very many factors affecting views. You can get 10 million hits without a single back link implementing the right advertisement. If you wouldn't mind please been more specific on your question I'd be more than happy to help you out with a appropriate answer.

    15 views would be around 2 unique traffic per day on my sites (average 7 page views per unique traffic).

    The question doesn't really make any sense considering the lack of info., are the links on a site/page that gets traffic or some crap site/page that nobody ever visits?

    I hope your not thinking that any old backlink creates traffic (it doesn't).
