I am having 5 sites built for me from a service provider that offers on page SEO only. so my questions are as follows:
How can I check to make sure the on page SEO was a "good effort"? I dont expect it to be perfect but dont want crap either.
I will need to hire someone as well to do off page SEO. What should I be looking for in order to make sure they will do a quality job and not get me penalized in google or by adsense.
How fast or slow should I add content to a new site in order to increase my ranking without getting penalized?
I realize this is a bit general but any thoughts/advice would be appreciated. cheers!
