Can I have more than one identical squeeze page on the same domain?

Hi I am wondering if it's okay to take a squeeze page that is basically just a sliced up image in photoshop and only an H1 tag and one other line of text, and duplicate this page but change the keyword that the page is optimized for by using a different title and H1 tag for each page. Is this okay or will I penalized by google for duplicate content? If this is okay how many different pages could you have like this?

Example:

domain.com/squeeze1
Title: Free book about dogs
H1: Free book about dogs

domain.com/squeeze2
Title: Free books on dogs
H1: Free books on dog

etc.
