Hey guys, I just wanted to start a thread discussing SEO tricks and strategies. I had an idea to post jobs for my companies online on universuty websites thus getting a backlink from the University website, which should be an authority site.

Does anyone have any other free or cheap tricks?

  • Will it be a fake job posting? If you will do it only for backlink building, I think your backlinks/job posting will be deleted within a few days.

    • Neil Patel just published a great list of SEO tricks on his site, quicksprout.com. The post is called "11 SEO Changes That Will Give You Big Results". I found some really useful tips in his article.
  • Create the profile in every website where you submit the website like local listing, social bookmarking, article and press release submission, profile creation is also a good source of generating quality backlinks of website.
  • Don't focus on the links only, try to maintain the quality of every activity.
  • I'm also agreed with neha12 and GJG. Focus on Quality rather than Quantity. And read SEO update, you will get awesome tricks.
