Want help in SEO

Hello Friends,
I have a hotel business, I have develop a website and doing seo for that website. every thing was fine until my website started rank low for keyword 'hotel in Chandigarh'. website is regularly loosing rank for this keyword. currently it ranks on 21st page where some days ago it was on third page. I can't understand what to do with this website. I am dong article submission, directory submission, social bookmarking, blog comments. please suggest better ideas. my website url is www dot hotelrajshree dot in.Please tell me what should I do to get this keyword on first page of google.

  • It sounds like Google are penalising you for the spammy SEO work that you have been carrying out the website. Alot of those techniques you mentioned would have worked 3 years ago but Google are hammering down on black hat spam SEO.

    • Sorry to say but you're not going to get proper advice on here without spending a few dollars. If you're looking to go the free way, use the search bar at the top-right, as there is more than enough info on here to send you in the right direction.

      I will say this though, concentrate on tweaking your on-page before looking at off-page.
  • Agree with Kaden44 - seems to be spammy, you can overcome this but will take a little while to get up in the high placement.

    Can you send me a PM with exactly what work you've done with regards to SEO and I'll produce a report for you to clean up and get things going again. We can look at removing all backlinks/comments etc... and start fresh.

  • Your website on Page is not good, you havent made meta tags and title keeping in mind how many character google read and include. Do hire some one to write meta tags for your website and also do directory submission but use different anchor text and description. Also do submit your website on google places, make google+ page and always update new offers on it and ask people to join you. Hope this much can help you...

    You can do Guest post on travel and Hotels related Indian sites. Your backlinks are very less, almost in single digit. You need to increase them. Do manual link building and also do some directory submission in relevant and authority directories.

  • Blog comments and Forum posts for backlink purposes are pretty useless these days to be honest with you. For generating some extra traffic, yes, but definitely not for boosting SERPS.

    • First of all optimize your website with your targeted keywords in mind. Write an unique title, meta description, H1 etc. Then start submitting your website in local business listing websites. Also submit your website in niche directories like travel or hotel directories. Also a blog can help you a lot. Create a nice looking blog and submit unique content, offers, packages and discount coupons there. Also take part in different hotel related forums and help people by answering their question, here you can get good signature backlinks. Blog commenting can also help you.
  • You should have focus on adding valuable content to your site, make sure that the keywords are not overoptimized and avoid duplicate content. Blog commenting is not that recommended because it’s time consuming and most sites are moderated. Also, deleted comments would cause negative link velocity and could decrease your rankings. Acquire backlinks from different authority sites – contextual links from web2.0, wiki, blog posts, video, document sharing, etc.
  • You need to completely re-learn your SEO strategy. Clearly your links and SEO efforts are not good enough and probably very low quality.

    Maybe remove your stand-alone anchor text links from unrelated forums (such as this one) and focus more on white-hat SEO and natural behaviours.

    Your actual website looks very professional and the onpage SEO isn't bad so just cleanup your offpage processes.

    3) Keep continue build more quality content constantly...include more video !!
    4) Get some visitor from other source to your site with your new content..i.e video, awesome picture, stick your visitor there...if your site got low bounce rate and long time people spent on your site..you will see your ranking increase...
