Tiered backlink problem

Hey WF,

I build all my backlinks in tiers. So far, I haven't had any problems but I notice something weird today.

I built a Blogger blog and sent backlinks to that page. These links have been indexed however the Blogger blog hasn't.

Could there be an obvious reason for this? I build several Web 2.0 profiles and I have never experienced this problem before.

Thanks.

Sanj.

  • what kind of tier do is your blogger, is it tier 1?
and the second question, what kind of backlink do you send to your tier e.g forum, AA blog comments?
    • [ 1 ] Thanks
  • The Blogger is Tier #1 and I have sent some bookmarks and blog comments to it. This strategy works and is very effective when used in a link wheel.

I use quite a few Web 2.0s but this is the first time a Tier #1 site hasn't been indexed. I created it over 2 weeks ago.
  • Make sure you are using unique content , if so keep building links, some times it take a bit more time to index your links .
    • [ 1 ] Thanks
  • I don't bother or check if my links have been indexed or not, I would rather use my time judiciously.

    • I'm not really that bothered. I thought I checked the stats on my Tier #1s and noticed Blogger wasn't indexed in Google. The rest are fine.

Maybe this isn't that unusual? I mean I haven't really looked at Tier #1 stats before.

      Thanks.

  • Your blogger blog might have been hit with a penalty. Maybe you built too many links on a new site and it got banned.
  • UPDATE: - My Blogger is now indexed. I carried on drip feeding links and tweeted the URL. Job done!
