You can try them if you're really thinking about getting into AdSense. Else find reviews about them on the internet(if possible) before trying.

The title says it all.Are they? They claim to sell ranking adsense ready sites but its difficult to tell if they're legit unless someone else has had some experience with them. Any feed back would be massively appreciated!

Hey guys maybe I can shed some light on this.

I run 200bucksites.com, let me first say that nowhere on the site or on any advertisement do I claim to sell 'ranking' sites. The sites I sell are brand new not already ranking. If they were already ranking they would cost quite a bit more as I am sure you are aware.

There is no scam going on here, I operate a legitimate business selling pre made Adsense ready sites that are well SEO'd and have 100% native english speakers writing the content.

I don't have a sales thread here on WF as I get all my customers from referral traffic, organic traffic, and I have a thread on FSO and a couple private SEO forums.

I am happy to answer any questions here since pampoen has already created a thread, may as well use it to help answer questions.

If anyone has questions or wants referrals let me know, I have asked a few customers if they would mind people contacting them for referrals.

the plugin they come with is syndication rockstar from Sean Donahoe.
My site has a sales page and I guess that can be considered hypey, but I can assure you there is nothing hypey about solid niche sites. I deliver exactly what I promise every time and never had a single complaint.

Hmm, I will jump in as I have bought a few of these, Quilty to price ratio is very good. Sites in general are good looking so you dont have super bounce rates etc, I use them as mini adsense sites, but mostly to use as private network stuff to feed my main money sites. Basically its good value and proably ideal for new to adsenes peeps and or people like me that need PR bleed sites over time. My two cents...

Oh, personal note, I have talked to jay quite a bit in the past and liked working with him, not totally relevant but when you live online, its nice to have vendors you like working with.

We check the competition for the keywords before we build each site with a tool called Traffic Travis. In general each site will have a majority of 'relatively easy' to rank keywords, some 'medium', and maybe one or two 'difficult' keywords. I have found that ranking for 'difficult' keywords is not that difficult with some time and consistency.

As you can see on this thread some customers have ranked some pages in as little as 2 weeks.

If you know how to build effective links, you should not need to worry. The CPCs and keywords we target will keep you in the money if you do your part by ranking the site. You are not going to rank on page one for ANY of these keywords we target if you do not build good links. I am not going to BS you, these are not the kind of niches where you can dominate just by luck.

Advertisers are spending tens of thousands of dollars a day in these niches and you can expect there to be some other SEOs going for some of these keywords. The good news is, these sites are built for the site visitors as well as Google, and that simple recipe has paid off many many times for me and my customers.

These sites WILL RANK if you know anything about building links.

AFAIK they don't claim anywhere that they sell RANKING Adsense sites, instead they sell Adsense sites that are well optimized for kw's that are relatively easy to rank

The owner of that site is active at a private forum btw and I chatted a bit with him and to be honest, I don't like his site at all with all the hype and everything, but it does seem to be legit and again, I see nothing mentioned that the sites would already rank .

The only thing that might give you the impression, are the words at the bottom that the sites are READY, or in other words they have them in stock as long as they are not sold out (which seems to be the case all the time, being outsold lol).

The Adsense fortune teller thing/bonus is a spreadsheet kind of thing that calculates how much your site "could" earn, he shared that tool at the private forum already. And the sites come with some auto bookmark plugin, probably from Onlywire so perhaps that they might rank for some longtails.

I know Jay and do regular business with him. I also work with his customers, and there is nothing scammy going on. Jay is legit. I also refer my customers to him that may want a website. They are well done.

My review on jaylabs - I first had some doubts when I originally purchased, I have not one now. I have bought about 10 sites adsense/amazon related. He has excellent writers, the content is unique. He sells the blog 1x and he doesn't reveal the URL until after purchase. He has added in my amazon codes for me when I didn't want to go in and dink around with it. I would prefer if his business would stay small and quiet so I could buy the sites when they come out. I usually buy them within the first minutes of him posting his new site is ready. I do SEO for a living, and his sites are easy peezy to get ranking. 1 of the sites I have already on page 1 for some of the terms and I'm getting adsense clicks already - only 2 weeks of doing actually link building to that site.

I too know Jay and have bought several sites from him in the recent past. As a matter of fact, he is working on 6 more sites for me as I am writing this comment (3 amazon review sites and 3 Adsense sites).

Believe it or not, there is no hype at all with the service Jay provides; he is totally legit and delivers what he promises.
I have grown to trust him to the point that now he builds websites for me directly on my host.

If you have any questions, contact Jay directly; he takes his customers seriously and you might be shocked at how quickly he'll address your inquiries.

I've bought 2 sites from Jay. There is no scam going on, the sites are transferred to your account very quickly after purchase. These sites are ready made for adsense, but you can always monetise however you see fit. I've added some CPA offers to go with the adsense income.

Essentially these are good sites if you don't have the time to do niche research, build out the initial content and get the site ready to rank. The prices are great value and the quality is top notch (not PLR rubbish), with just about everything covered.

As for the syndication rockstar plugin, I'm not a fan of Sean Donahue or pretty much any plug-in seller these days, so whether you use the plug in is completely up to you. These sites are ready made adsense sites, so ranking them and getting traffic is completely up to you.

  Jay is a really cool cat. I have bought lots of sites from him
  and have had no problems. He even made videos for me to
  show me how to do stuff related to the sites I bought!
  
  When I buy sites I just send him the hosting/domain information and just
  walk away and leave him to it...never had a problem!
  
  His sites are simple and clean with original content not PLR stuff.
  You still got to find ways to get traffic but he is the real deal as
  far as I'm concerned.
