On page SEO/ Yoast Seo Wordpress Plugin

I could really use your help, I am able to change focus Keywords for each page including the Home page, but when I right click on the site and view the source code, all of the old keywords are listed and none of the new ones. Where would I change keywords for the entire site not just each page? I have searched everywhere in the dashboard, and the settings for the plugin but can't find it anywhere. Please help, thank you so much in advance.
