A longtail keyword by definition is just a keyword phrase that is longer than most that have high search volumes. So let's say most keyword phrases that have high search volumes have 4 words or less in them a long tail keyword is a phrase with 5 words or more. They do not have to be low search volume. They are almost always low competition. That, there, is the trick....find a long tail keyword phrase that does have a good search volume!

I think that definition of Long tail keyword varies depending on who you ask. It's more relative in my opinion. What I think is a long tail keyword may not be to someone else; and vice versa.

I think that can be too long and this wont get you much traffic. Better make it like "4 bedroom home for sale in uttah" or "uttah 4 bedroom for sale"

It has nothing to do with the number of words. It is quite possible to have short long tail keywords.
