I have seen in this forum huge lists of commentluv enabled websites, but they are not categorized based on their niche. I want to grow my network by commenting on commentluv enabled blog in my niche.

      That is such a broad answer.

      @ the OP, an easier thing to do is search for KeywordLuv enabled blogs. Why? It's an easier footprint, and I've found that *most* KeywordLuv enabled blogs are also CommentLuv enabled.

      Here's a simple example:

      apple ipod + "enter yourname@yourkeywords"

      Head over to the Google Keyword Tool and generate a ton of tech related keywords. From there it's just a matter of searching for each using the "enter yourname@yourkeywords" footprint. You can really ramp up the search process by using a tool like Scrapebox. (It lets you search for hundreds, even thousands, of keywords at once.)
