multiple links in adwords

Anyone want to point me in the right direction on how to get multiple links in an adwords search ad?

For example, if you search "toyota" or "website" in google, you'll see they have multiple links instead of just one. I'm guessing it's only available to the highest bidder but who governs what the links are? You or google?

They're called "Sitelink Extensions" and you can set them though Adwords on the 'Ad Extensions' tab and choose both the text and destination URLs.

They usually show in pairs of 2 (so use an even number) and only show in Ad Positions 1-3 (at Google's discretion).
