SEO rank tracker cannot connect to the internet what could it be ?

Hi guys,
For some strange reason SEO powersuit rank tracker is not connecting to the internet i`ve not changed any settings have you guys any idea what i could of done to stop the connection ?

    Its not firewall so anyone got any ideas ?

    possible problem/solutions:

    * firewall blocking it
    * router port not forwarded
    * malware/antivirus blocking it due portpenetration
    * you are using dead proxies
    * depending on what platform the software is designed, try updating your net frameworks or something

    Dam i just about know how to check firewall and i`ve checked that and added it to the allowed programs the other stuff i`m not sure how to do ?
    I`ve been using it for ages over a year and this week i must done something but really dont know what

      One of the reasons could be Java 1.7. If you've upgraded to this version, please make sure it's added to the exceptions of your antivirus software or downgrade to Java 1.6.

      Also, the problem could be with your antivirus software. Please let us know which one do you use.
