I want to know what kind of sites should I build an authority style or a site for a specific niche/product only ?

And if I build a site for a specific niche/product then what should be the criteria to find such a product ?

    It depends what your circumstances are. Do you only have an interest in one specific niche or do you have interest in a broader range of niches?

    There is no set criteria, but mostly is it recommended to find a product with at least a 4 star rating overall.

    YouTube traffic converts, but your videos will only stick if you provide value in your videos and even then there is a good chance they will get deleted.

    I think a specific niche site could make quick money but an authority website will be longterm safe. The targeted products should be rated well, priced above $100 and not too popular. Target something that not many other websites offer.

    I wouldn't build a site for just one product unless it's something popular like apple products but then the competition would be too much.

    Pick a theme and have pages about different products/models

    There is no difference between a niche site and an authority site. You are comparing apples and oranges. Your best bet is to build a niche site that you fill with QUALITY content ($5 Fiverr articles <> quality).

    As you build your niche site with quality content, it will slowly grow into an authority site.
