Sometimes people Reddit pages on my website. Not sure if it adds SEO value or not but at least it increases my readership and possibly provokes someone to share the writing other places. Was wondering what other sites are similar to Reddit so I can manual submit a link to a page on my website that may be interesting to others. Preferably sites that add SEO value. Anyone know of other similar sites?

Digg.com used to be very similar to Reddit, although they have changed a lot since I stopped using it so I wouldn't know exactly how to go about submitting anything to it today.

Also try adding your site to StumbleUpon, it can bring you boosts of traffic if your website is interesting to the crowd that uses that platform.

Digg, Delicious,Technorati, Wired and Fark are also providing better traffic like Reddit. You can use Stumbleupon too. It’s fantastic. Going viral with them can earn you so much money.

StumbleUpon and Delicious are the best alternatives. Digg is dead for me. Create something interesting or useful and GO viral
