Anything with content in it tends to index pretty quickly.

But obviously something on an authority domain usually gets indexed within minutes.

Look at the cache date on the backlink page, it's a good indicator how frequently the page is getting crawled.

That's a great idea. Also before building backlink, check whether the page has been previously cached or not.

Backlinks from authority sites get indexed pretty fast. That's what I have experienced with different kind of backlink sources.

Links from Networking / Social Media Sites. But among them all, Facebook is the most influential site that can help your site to be indexed faster.

Links in Facebook spreads like a virus, one minute and it reaches thousands and thousands of people. To follow on this is Youtube!

There is a balance between how fast it will get indexed and how much benefit you get from the link. Social media links tend to get crawled and indexed due to their velocity; however, they will not give you as much benefit when it comes to links from authority sites.

Get a link from an established private blog/site network (with authority) and you can get quickly indexed links AND authority.

Google can index links faster if those links provide value to the users and to Google. You also need to build more quality links to your site. Acquire links from several authority domains like those with good page rank – this will give your links greater value and authority and more likely to be indexed in a short period of time.
