It's unnecessarily complicated, but worth the effort for sure...CPCs usually end up being lower and conversion rates higher than of standard text ads.

Are you exporting your xml product feed from your shopping cart or compiling lists of products and product attributes in a spreadsheet? And what's your industry?

      Hi Mike,

Thanks for your reply, I am comprising the list manually on an excel spreadsheet and uploading in a .zip format to my merchant center.

My industry is Electronic Cigarettes and I only have 6 products that I really want to push on the Google Shop.

How long did it take you to get accepted? Also do you have any tips on how to get it right first time?

      Thanks once again

Advice? Hmm...try not break stuff out of frustration while you're waiting?

Seriously though, use the debugger tool before you upload to see if there are any issues...it'll save you the 24 hours you'll have to wait just to have everything come back disapproved if the formatting is off.

Also, make sure you have NO blank fields...MPN (manufacturer product number), Unique Product ID, Brand, etc. are all required. Any blanks for any of the products will mess up your feed.

Set the Tax and Shipping settings through the Merchant Center interface, NOT with the spreadsheet (I've yet to get that to work).

Try saving your Excel file as .txt file and uploading that way or even BETTER, configure it to automatically upload from a Google Drive spreadsheet that you can attach using the 'Schedule Uploads' option.

And THEN you have to configure the Adwords side!
