Google analytics and SERP

Hey guys,

I just read some Estonian respected SEO/Social Media company news and they were saying that google has confirmed that they use information from google analytics as ranking factor.

So, is it true or not? I have read rumors about it, but not anything official..

What's your opinion? Or Matt Cutts told this to public already?

They might be using it but i have never heard/ read such thing. Also, I don't think it won't be fair to use google analytics data as a ranking factor as anyone can manipulate analytics data by changing the session time
