anyone else getting almost exact monthly amounts the last 6 months or so?

Ever since the Penguin update, my account has not gone over a certain dollar amount or far under. The variance is around 2% difference.

For example, earning just $350/month for last 6 months. The monthly $ figures are: 348,350,352,354,349,351. is that strange or what?
It seems as if a filter or switch is being turned on and off on certain days much more than normal. On usually popular days, Mon to Wed, it is low and on slow days, which are weekends, it is ramped up. I understand some paid ads are turned up on weekends and on weekdays maybe ratcheted down a little. I can understand the daily difference but the dollar amount is what is so strange. I have been doing this for 6 years so I know when it looks odd. Am I alone on this?

I know adsense cookies are different now and show ads for things on a page searched for the past few days or even weeks which is dumb to me. Google does not know if I bought it already but I still get the same ads versus some new topic/content I am looking for. I believe there is a way to click on this ad does not help or interest me but people aren't going to web pages with an intent to look at ads (especially unrelated or something purchased a few days ago), it should only be relevant to the topic.
Is there a way to adjust that in adsense acct or no?

    Hey,

maybe it is because the websites you have adsense on are for topics without "trend"-peaks. I mean, no seasonal fluctuations. Is the traffic every month the same?

right, it is not seasonal. But in the past the earnings ranged from $50 to $100 in difference, never a few dollars like now.

I have not observed the same trends over the past several months on Adsense. Have you checked out Webmaster world to see if any one else is having the same issue?

I have not experienced what you are saying as well, instead of comparing your adsense income. Compare your traffic, number of clicks and cpc from the prior months.

I guess you are getting the almost the same amount of traffic also. If you want to increase your earnings, you need to go into another niche or increase the amount of keywords that your site is ranking for.
This is either by adding more pages (I don't know how good this work, except you go for non competitive keywords) or SEOing your pages (I know this works well)
