Swapping Adsense MidDay

During the morning and early afternoon I have a lot of traffic from Europe, and it has not been converting well at all with Adsense.
I was thinking about doing the following. Run Adsense from 2pm-2am and the rest of the time run something else.
What should I use during the other part of the day, or is it just tough to monetize that traffic due to the large number of different languages.
Would there be a way to auto swap the units, or would it have to be done manually.
