Registered name, #1 in three days for main keyword

I'm new here, but I'm a frequent visitor. Love it so I joined. I have gotten a lot of useful information here and thought I would share some. No bs, no cost, no nothing. Just helping out my fellow geeks because knowledge is power.
So anyway, I was running an seo test and I have a friend who has a cleaning business but no website. So, I decided to help her out, put together a crappy little worpress site, and went to work. In less than 3 days, I am #1 for my main keyword, and number 3 on another friends site, with only a Coming soon page!!! This is no joke, no exaggeration. You can check the registration date of the domain names. I haven't read all the rules here yet, about posting links but I will tell you the domain names and the keywords so that you can see for yourselves.
1. lubbock(nospace)maid(nospace)dotcom - keyword lubbock maid
2. lubbock(nospace)auto(nospace)auction dot com - keyword lubbock auto auction
I registered the first one on March 30th, and as of this post, it is #1
I registered the second domain on March 26th and as of this post, it is #3
How I did this?
Pretty simple actually. I will list the steps but I am not going to include how to do onpage seo, because I am hoping most of you will know how to do that already.
I lucked out a little because I got exact match .coms, but it will work with any exact match extension.
1. Reg an exact match keyword domain - Try to make sure the keyword is decent traffic and LOW competition.
2. install wordpress
3. install jetpack plugin
4. install whatever seo plugins you normally use
5. make a page on Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, and Wordpress (you will auto post to these and interlink) Then you will connect Twitter to Facebook and so on.
6. Connect jetpack to the above social networks
7. Make a keyword rich, index page. Insert meta info, and no more than 2 keyword anchor tags. You only want to target 2 keywords.
8. Add an keyword image at the top of the page, alt tag, description etc.
9. Make 6 pages on your blog, kw1, kw2, crap, crap, crap, crap. The last four don't really matter because you are not targeting them. They will be relevant, but not stuffed with keywords or anything.
10. Set your blog so it only shows a static page, your "home" page.
11. Use your secondary kw as the title of the home page.
12. Do your onpage seo
13. Write a couple blogs, jetpack will ship em out to the social networks and the social networks will ship em out to other social networks.
14. Go to craigslist and ebay. List 2 items for sale on craigslist, in separate listings. Make it good content and something that people with want. Use your anchor text with each keyword in a separate ad. Go to ebay, list an auction for your domain and site, for like $100k. Just some price that you know no one would be stupid enough to pay, also, just in case someone is stupid enough to pay. ;-) Anchor text in your ebay ad.
15. Go to facebook and like your posts that were auto posted.
16. Write or spin a 250+ press release, NO ANCHOR TEXT! Use prlog, be sure your link is in there, once or twice and that the pr is keyword rich. Submit your press release.
17. Add your new "business" to Google Places. VERY important. They won't place this right away. You have to use a real address because Google mails out a card with a verification code. This is one of the most important parts, so don't leave it out. Use your main keyword as your business name. Write a keyword rich description.
18. Go to Google webmaster tools, upload your google verification file. Verify.
Add sitemap to Google. Click on your domain name in webmaster tools, click health, fetch as google, fetch, and submit to index.
19. Add "business" to manta, yahoo, etc. Business directories. Very simple but a lot of filling out forms.
20. Smoke a doobie and sleep for two days. Jusk kidding. You won't be able to sleep because you will be indexed VERY soon and probably with a very high ranking.
21. MAINTAIN YOUR RANKING WITH SEO!!!

Update: Just notice I'm at #15 for my secondary keyword on the lubbock maid service site.
