Adwords: many sites in the same niche

My company spends a bunch of money on Adwords to capture leads through our main website. We're getting a second website developed in our same niche to capture even more leads. The design and branding of the second website is completely different from the original, but the forms submit to the same database. (Our CRM)
The goals is to have both of our websites show up on Adwords for similar search terms. What is the best way to do this?
Right now we have a My Client Center account set up. From what I understand, the purpose of this type of account is for agencies who manage adwords accounts for multiple companies. In the eyes of Google, it just looks like the main account manages 2 companies in the same industry.
Will enabling a second campaign through My Client Center allow us to show up on the results for the same search terms? Or do we need to create an entirely new google account and new adwords account with new billing info, etc...
(I know this isn't exactly "by the book" so I don't really need that lecture)
