How to Increase Your Page Rank Like Magic

Hey Gang. Ryan here. I wanted to share a blog post I wrote about gaining page rank, fast.

It consists of buying expired domains from godaddy with GOOD PR (Page rank 2 to 4). The problem is finding these domains, which PR powershot takes care of..

Snag two PR 3 domains and link to your site for $30 each, and that's some serious google juice! Rinse and repeat and eventually you'll have your own network of high PR sites and can command rankings whenever you want.

Anyways, if you want to check out the original post, here it is

Let me know your thoughts good/bad/indifferent!

      Sure does.

Just two links from adult swim forums got a skeleton inuyasha site to rank.

Google: inuyasha episode guide and check out what "Content" my Exact Match Domain contains

You'll also see this site jumping in PR once Google updates it next

Got 2 PR 3 sites linking to it, where my home page is the only link just about

PR Powershot is one of the worst ways to find high PR domains out there. It is lousy.

The real problem for the average dude is that he/she won't know the linking history of those PR domains and overall, what got done to get PR to those domains. A do-able linking strategy, but the key will always be finding if those sites with PR intended for $trade$ have earned the pagerank. I won't trust any software to do the full research to make conclusions on the validity of the PR, good one.

Wow - you are SPOT on here! That's why I recorded a video as well including the additional "steps" needed to do your due diligence on any domain you are considering purchasing At least I'm pretty sure I put that in the video, lol

          Spot on!

After finding a potential high PR domain, I verify the PR ranking separately, then I check the link profile of the domain using Majestic SEO, and finally I head to rankchecker to see if the PR is real.

Anything posted as spam that says stuff like:
How to Increase Page Rank – Like Magic

Now, a lot of people may have never even heard about page rank, and if that’s you that’s entirely ok. It’s actually about 50% of the formula to rank in Google.

Buying expired domain + Putting links in forum sigs= high page rank like magic
Is junk. Pure and simple. But, just keep tossing your money sites aside.

Anyone who thinks PR is 50% of the algo, and does not even know
enough about PageRank to call it PageRank and not page rank, is
one to be avoided. Spammed page notwithstanding.

Do you people really, I mean REALLY want to succeed? Or spend
    time on junk?

    There is a difference...

      Paul-

I appreciate your thoughts. I merely said that PageRank was 50% of the recipe for SEO, not the algo for Google :p

This post is geared towards people trying to rank in google for the first time, introducing them to the idea of PR, so I like to simplify things.

As you know to rank in Google you need two things:

      1. Authority
      2. Relevance

Authority is more or less calculated by Google using Page Rank (hence the 50% of SEO statement). Is this an oversimplification? Sure is!

But if you try and work the algo, instead of focusing your site on the two items above, you'll always be a lot more susceptible to the next zoo animal google throws at ya.

Just my take on things and using this strategy I have gained page rank and increased rankings in the SERPS.

Could you monetize these high PR sites? Sure could, if that was your business model. Using the sites to siphon PR increases your page rank, which increases your rankings in the SERPS, which gets you more traffic, which gets you more conversions. While indirect, I don't see it as "throwing away" the sites. You own the site so you could also adjust course later if you wanted to switch up your business model.

Paul- I'd love to hear your take on scooping up PR sites and monetizing them as I'm sure many people can benefit from your experience!
