Will this theory work in practice?

Hi !
I have red online that if you got a domain name with links to it, and you forward the whole domain to a new website, it passes its juice to it.

IF this is true, could this also work with a expired high pr domain? Will it pass all of its juice to a new site? :p

    yes, but its fake PR...this is how people fake PR for domains for sale...when they sell it, they remove the 301 redirect...then you have a PR0...

    Yes it works. You may not get 100% PR pass-through, but you will get some benefit.
