Google Keywords Ranking Decreases Due to shifting url's

When bandwidth limit increases then domain shift to another domain which is no index. As website ranking is decreases and google is not fetching data as in website meta and in content, so I think it may be the reason of shifting urls or some other reason? Can any one guides me?

Due to bandwidth limit you have shifted the contents to another domain which is set as no index. If you have done so then your rankings will be dropped for sure.

Like we have site www.rozee.pk, so when bandwidth increases we shift it on other domain like us.rozee.pk. So is this a problem?

Google treats those as two different domains which they are. Google looks at offpage factors to determine who ranks where, so both sites won't rank the same place. So don't consider them one site.

These are two site but us.rozee has noindex tag.
