Still 100 Visitors a Day for Doing Nothing After 12 Months

Wow I use to run a construction company before doing network marketing full time. I did a lot of SEO on my construction website that got me about 300 Free visitors daily to the website.
Just for fun I checked my stats today on that website and I sill get about 120-145 visitors a day to the website for doing nothing.
Don't overlook SEO guys it is very powerful.

Adsense and capturing leads for construction contractors can both make money from "local" sites.

The question is, how does one find the right SEO specialist who knows what he/she is doing? So many people claim they can optimize to get higher ranking.... but takes months/years and a lot of $$$

Agree.
Those who are not doing SEO for their sites are losing somehow. They might have other established sources of traffic but SEO is one of the powerful source of free and organic traffic.

Yes definitely. PPC and advertising in the short term and front-end while we SEO on the back-end for the long term.
