Adsense income estimator

I have a client who has a popular business blog who is looking to retire in a few years and at that time plans to insert Adsense ads all over her blog. (She doesn't want them until she retires, for reasons we don't need to go into here.)

Is there any way for her to get a reasonable, ballpark estimate on what her blog might earn in that way? Are there consultants for this? Are there rules of thumb? Are there case studies online that would help her estimate this?

Thanks for any leads. This is something I don't normally deal with.

    It's literally impossible to estimate, considering the Ads & Advertisers are constantly changing, then you have quality scores on Adwords Advertisers & personalized Ads from Adsense cookies.

    You can get a rough estimate on the Contextual Tool, but that's a really rough estimate for individual keywords, minus Googles cut of the profit. Either way there's too many variables to get an estimate for the entire site earnings.
