    As long as the content is unique it can be as spun as you want. But remember that you want it to be readable and informative as well. Why not just begin writing articles by yourself. You don't need to have excellent English or anything. Go to grammarly.com and sign up for an account (7 day free trial included), it will take care about your English problems.
    You don't think that you're a good writer? challenge.co/training (it's co, not com), module TWO(2), days 3 and 4. Watch the videos in which Ed Dale explains about the writing process. You'll gain a lot of confidence, and you'll see that you needn't be a prolific writer.

    Once you have great content, on and off-page SEO, people will start coming your way (website). Perhaps 1-2% will click on ads, so try to bring at least a 1000 uniques per day to make some decent money.
