clickbank users, I have a question

I'm having a little problem, for a month I haven't had any problems with my afilliate nickname until yesterday, I see my nickname on the hoplink address bar once it hits the sales page, but when it comes to the customer making a payment, I cannot see the afilliate name on the bottom of the page it would list it as:

{afilliate = none}

Is that common after a month?

No, this is not common. This means you don't get the credit about the sale. I suggest that contact to support here: https://support.clickbank.com/anonymous_requests/new

You must've changed something or the clickbank vendor is screwing you. What product is this??
