How many web 2.0 can I link to the same money site?

I'm creating a blog network for a money site that i would like to rank, but I'm note sure about how many blogs from the same platform (for example wordpress.com) before I will have trouble with Google?

    Yeah atleast if you want to rank quickly or permanently 30-40 High PR Web 2.0 is sufficient. As the "The SEO" said, keep everything relevant with unique content.

      But I was wondering about how many blogs from the same platform can I use (fro example, can I make 50 blogs from wordpress.com)? As they will be having the same IP.

        Why only the wordpress, you can use other web 2.0 sites, like these which i am using

          You are right, but I have a lot of competition. So I need about 400 blogs. And it would be easier to have more of them at the same platform, it would be much easier to build 10 blogs on every platform than one blog on 400 different platforms.

            You want to keep things looking as natural as possible. I hope you are doing more than just web 2.0s. They are great to have but if you are really going after fierce competition having just web 2.0s (even 100's) probably isn't going to cut it. You'll need some pages with PR along with them to get the job done.

        The was pre-penguin, but I had a friend whose money site was blogspot. He had 30 interlinking blogspot blogs--nothing else. He did well with that.

    i think that should not be a problem though just see to it that your links look natural..diversify anchor text to a big extent..also use anchor text such as click here,read more etc..

    You can use 20-30 web2.0 websites that link to your main website. Just be sure that they ALL have UNIQUE content and also build quality backlinks to them too and you will see a HUGE rank increasing to your main website!

    I strongly suggest plan it accordingly. Make it look NATURAL. by natural create web 2.0 properties and don't make everything link to your money site homepage. link it to some other pages aswell and in your web2.0 property topics, point links also to high authority sites like amazon, yahoo, cnn, so it would look natural by google and most important thing make it RANDOMIZE.

    Blog 1 pointing to money site, yahoo, or cnn news related to your niche, blog 2 pointing to blog 1 and then moneysite. well, you get the idea.
