I would like to guest post on a high PR IT related blog with dofollow backlink

I have written a 700 word article, I used to post articles to my ezine account and then send tier 2 links too it via Unique article wizard.

However I'm not sure if this strategy is still effective in 2013, the article is technology related.

I was wondering if anyone knew of any high PR IT related blogs, I could request for my article to be submitted too? I would be willing to even pay a small fee or allow them to guest post to my own blog.

I do have my own wordpress blog hosted at the sub domain of my niche site, 1st Compucare Blog | Specialist IT cleaning company blog.

I really want to build my back links to rank higher for the keyword "IT cleaning" on google.co.uk.... which I'm currently ranking on the 2nd page for

That is why I would rather have this posted on someone's else IT blog other than my own.

    on another note, is UAW effective anymore... some people say it still works and other say article marketing doesn't benefit SEO. I have only ever used it to build tier 2 links... if anyone could give me their opinion on the benefit of UAW I would appreciate it. Thank you.
