Hi Guys

i have 4 website on same niche and same keywords and also on the same hosting ,, So can i add all the 4 website on the same google analytics account/ webmaster tools or should add every website on single account ?

    • Absolute nonsense. Do not do this. Use other means of monitoring your traffic besides google analytics. And change your hosting between the sites as well. All sites should be hosted on separate hosting accounts on different ip's. When you are dependant of google webmaster tools to get the dreaded messages you don't want to receive, it's too late already. You may think google is your friend but really, they are not.

  • i think google not stupid to show like 5 website for same niche on their first page and google know those websited on one webmaster tools account or... so google give the the opportunity to other website ... i guess
  • Just play it safe and create separate GWT accounts. Since you are only concerned about 4 websites it's not really that big of a deal to have 4 separate logins.

    • No way. If you want to basically tell Google you own the sites, go ahead.

      But that means -- if Google hates on one of them -- it'll hate on all 4.

  • Some people here already pointed out that you should not host all of your websites on the same account this is mainly because google and other search engines will seek to determine the validity of your website based on a number of factors which includes keywords, popularity and even IP address. If they figure out a group of your websites belong to the same IP range / on the same hosting account, they may devalue your website online so you have to be very careful. Remember you are building a niche / hub of sites to promote your keywords an get your main website at the top. This only works if search engines believe they are from different spectrum. Half of defeating that purpose is by hosting them on the same hosting account and I think the ultimate killer would be to link all of them under one analytic account
