How To Check Follow And No Follow Links

Earlier today as I was doing my boring backlink work for my sites, I started wondering if the links that I was working on were either no follow or follow links, posting a backlink to a site that high has high page rank will not do you much good if the links are no follow links.
Google will still follow the link but you will not get much page rank benefit, anyway this is only for Firefox, I did a little digging and found a nice little addon that you can install that will show whether or not the links you posted were follow or no follow. After you install the addon you will need to restart Firefox, then go to tools and you will see a new option to click on labeled NoDoFollow.
The links in Blue color are DO-Follow Links and the links in Red Color are NO-Follow Links.
