I had created a blogger blog and got some links for it, and syndicate content from it on other web 2.0 sites. It was indexed quickly.. But when I check it again now, I don't see the site for URL search on Google or Site:aaaaaa.blogspot.com search..... So, it means the blog is de-indexed.. Isn't? The blog has a link back to other MONEY site. Will this de-index cause issue to MONEY site?

It depends on which country you live in. For example if you live in UK, you could try searching in Google as site:aaaa.blogspot.co.uk instead of site:aaaa.blogspot.com

Your blogspot will take your country's suffix based on where you live.

You can open almost all domains (.co.uk, .com, .de, etc.), but if your .com is not indexed in google, this is a PROBLEM! Try to get some HIGH authority backlinks from BIG sites and ping those sites.. Then wait for about 3-5 days and do it again if your blog is NOT indexed in Google yet.. If this doesn't help, I am open for more suggestions and will help you get rid of this problem!

  • Jimerson,

No it won’t have a negative impact on your main site. It just won’t pass as much (or any) authority because it is obviously seen as untrustworthy by Google. If you can though I would just remove the link so its not associated at all with your main site.

That being said, if Google can see what you are doing, they will penalize your main site as well.

    Best,

    Shawn

Are you 100% sure it's De-indexed. I would consult with Google support. But JUST linking to a money site shouldn't De-index your site.

What you should do is check out your website and see what components violate Google's TOS.
