Problem with my health site which is running Adsense

Hey there!

I have a website: e-healthdiary.com
The site has over 500 unique articles, PR3, over 150 natural backlinks from people who regularly read the site and averages 75-100 uniques a day (50% search engines, 20% referrals and 30% direct).

I setup adsense a few months ago, and everything was running fine. I took adsense off the site for a while and the started using it again last month. For the first few days everything was fine, but then, as soon as I changed the theme, i haven't had a single click. And it can't be because of poor ad placement or anything like that, because the previous theme had a similar look and the ad placement wasn't amazing - and i would say the new theme makes the ads more attractive.

Any ideas what it could be? Maybe an error with my adsense? Keep in mind that before, my average CTR was 5-10%

Look forward to hearing your comments...

If your traffic is still the same, then probably your theme makes it obviously clear what is advertising and what is not.

Yeah that would be possible. If your previous theme had very well blende ads it's possible the new one just makes it too obvious. Why change anyway ? 5-10% is very respectable

I was running on the genesis framework but then there was some problem with the child theme, so i switched.

I don't see how the CTR can go from 5-10% to 0 just because of a theme change, and the theme looks pretty much the same as it was before.

Always look at what changed which = the theme.

Some times it's the small things that make a big difference in a successful site or campaign. Even by changing one word or sentence could make the difference in success or failure.
