Firstly because your site is newest (may be) so be patient to get more organic traffic.
Second you can not get all the 100% of your 10,000 search cause there are many other competitors between 1 and 5 on Google.
My advice is be patient but in the same time try to be sure if you have the next point :
1- verify if really you have a density of main keyword (i mean the keyword of 10,000 serch) between 2% and 3% in your page
2- Use your main keyword in your page title
3- use your main keyword in the Alt tags of images

If your site is indeed in the first page and still not getting enough traffic, check that search amount. Is that global search or local search amount, and check your site target country.
