Domain Suspended by Google

Hi

I have just had one of my ad sense services suspended but with no explanation as to why.

I have read through the guidelines as suggested by Google but cannot work out where the violation occurs.

I am worried that my other sites may get suspended. The only plugins I am using is Associate Goliath. I tried WPRobot briefly but after generating one or two posts which I subsequently deleted, I uninstalled it.

Can anybody help at all.

Cheers

Simon

  • Usually you get banned from clickfraud.

    • In this case, it's site fraud.

The act of making a site that exists for no reason other than putting ads
      on it.

Biggest violation of adsense TOS on the planet. Also the biggest violation
of google webmaster guidelines, and BTW, following google webmaster
guidelines is a TOS of adsense. In fact, violation any terms of
any google product, from gmail to youtube is a violation of adsense.
Just tossing that in, as using youtube videos like that is a violation of
youtube. Seriously, are you blonde? Brunette? Named Emily? Simone?
      Simon? Mulder?

ROTFLMAO! 99.99% of adsense users keep their accounts. The other 0.01%
are members of the WF. Or so it seems.

Thing is, I think the two BIGGEST promoters of keeping your adsense account
here, have got to be Yukon and myself. Contrary to popular belief. How many
times do we have to keep repeating what google makes readily available?

It's not a secret. But adsense is not a quick get rich scheme. Dedicate yourself
to reading all the terms. Their blog. Webmaster updates. Etc. Etc.

I'll bet you plenty of people here have no idea that following google webmaster
guidelines is a TOS of adsense. Now do I follow them all? Of course not.
Do I violate them blatantly? Of course not. Do I violate the big ones? Of
course not. Do my sites scream webmaster violations? Of course not.
Now, what about you? Does your website exist for no other reason than
to make money on adsense? Guess what. You're in violation of adsense TOS.

I'll readily admit that google cannot catch everybody. I presume that if you
give their bot a reason, they'll ban you in a heart beat.

Nobody should ever post a site so people can explain why you had an adsense
ban. Like in this thread. Even the newest adsense user who reads what google
      publishes would know right away.

  • My site has been live for over a year and never had one click? ??

    • it could be anything. one reason is having very few or no content on your blog. (i know from personal experience).

Then if you have alot of content and use wprobot which is great plugin but autopost solution which big G hates. Although you used it for a while maybe the damage has been done.

since there is no click fraud these 2 are the most possible reasons i can think off.

That site is automated junk, If you didn't own the site you would agree.

Maybe that's a sign to stop wasting your time trying to create junk sites for the sake of higher paying keywords. Seriously, one year with no click is just sad.
  • Thanks for the input. I have removed all adsense references from the site now and hidden all ads in adsense control panel

I am not bothered that G have cancelled this but just worried that they may target my other sites.
  • Google can suspend you adsense account for any reason and they won't even tell you why. The best thing to do is try to contact them and get it reinstated.

    • You mean "any reason that violates tos."

If you have been a member here for a long time, there is no reason
to ever get banned or disabled. That is if you are paying attention
      to me, yukon, etc.....

Just now some clown here wants US to put OUR adsense on their
site because they got banned....why do you people just go around
      begging to be banned?

Did you know it's harder to be banned than it is to KEEP your account?
You actually have to make an EFFORT to be banned!

You think I'm harsh???? Man I want people to make loads of cash and
KEEP their adsense! Every time I talk about about youtube violations,
following webmaster guidelines, fiverr idiots,...I just get called names.

So why do you think some of us become rude? So forgive us for
      being harsh.

  • They suspend almost 80% of the webmasters... Just try another project (or start affiliate marketing). Adsense lost so much from these "RANDOM" bans

That means almost 80% of the webmasters must be imbeciles, considering how easy an Adsense account is to keep.
  • Ok Thanks for the insightful and somewhat harsh replies.

The site was for the last year a journal of my own psoriasis journey. It is only the last 4 or 5 posts that have been automated and that was really a test to see what a robot actually did. As I said I have since dropped it.

My site has been live for a year with no issue. Ironically all of the methods I have tried recently have come from being a member here so perhaps I am a bit dim for trying some of the tactics suggested.

I welcome all honest critcism but there's no need to be rude guys. We all have to start our journey somewhere.

    Thanks again

    • Yes, I agree, some of the responses were a bit harsh and condescending. Sure sorry to see that.

I wish people here (especially the veterans) could reply in a more helpful manner without resorting to ascerbic comments that tear down rather than build up. But this isn't a perfect world...it's the Warrior Forum.
  • I assume you was promoting affiliate links or something?

also ebay or amazon shops are on the blacklist.

For all of that you need *very* good content around it.
And on this forum you can expect that around 100% of all site are explicit
created to promote affiliate links and such.

If google and their bots smells only a second that your site is done
for the links itself and not for the content then they will throw it out of
    adsense.

I got the feeling they doing it more rapidly now as in the past.

Google has said they go after sites that scrape eCommerce sites, I Googled that Associate Goliath & it looks like a scraper plugin (from what I've seen).

Stop playing games with junk IM products/plugins & build a real site.
  • Hi,

My sites using the Associate Goliath script has also been suspended. I was able to clarify that the reason being the content is not unique. My site has no article. It is just a shop displaying amazon products.
