Interesting search traffic keywords in GA?

Hi guys,
I'm a little confused. I'm appearing in very random search keywords in Google Analytics. Things like:
important countagioss sickness (I have no misspelling of the word contagious)
recipe healthy spaghetti (??? I have no recipes or even the word spaghetti on my site)
femei care fac xci cu caini (no non-english information on my site)
I also have a referral source of dp.g.doubleclick.net (I recently did a small test run of Adwords, could this be from that?)
I also had a referral from mentalhealth.about.com (but I haven't done any marketing with that site, and when I search for my address I get no results)
One last question, what do Google Adword clicks come under?
