Getting high CTR on youtube ads

For last 2 weeks, I was showing youtube ads in a mobile site. I think since mobile's screen is smaller, people were clicking on the ad instead if skip ad button/seekbar. Now I have disabled adsense for youtube videos and CTR has come down to 1-2% (earlier it was 30%).

Can anyone suggest a way-out by which I can still show ads in my videos and still not get red flag for high CTR?

    Are you sure the ads are relevant in relation to your video content? If the demographic is skipping the ad, there is a good chance that it isn’t relevant for them.
