Goal setting with multiple subdomains in Google Analytics

I have a website with 2 subdomains and I have set-up conversion tracking via Goals, which works fine however every transaction finishes on Sub2 and GA always shows Sub1 as the referral source.

The usual flow for a goal completion is entering on mystie.com - Sub1 -Sub2 (goal completed). My question is how can I set it up to see the original source of entry on mysite.com and not Sub1 as the source?

Maybe people are just going to sub 1...

Subdomains are looked upon as separate sites.

Not sure what you're really trying to do. If I had a money
page, I can't say what's better. Going from main to sub to $, or
just sub to $. Change from subdomains to subpages, and you
    might have it.

The reason for the subdomains is expansion in various cities and the traffic that converts comes in at mysite.com then goes to sub1.mysite.com and finishes (goal) on sub2.mysite.com

In my GA report for conversion I would like to be able to see the source of the traffic to mysite.com that completes goal not only traffic source as sub1.mysite.com

      • You have to use Cross Domain Tracking code to make it work (aka to be able to share cookie info from one site to another). The easiest way to do this is to use Yoast Plugin for Google Analytics if your website in Wordpress. The other method is to log in to your GA account, under Admin, select tracking info and turn on Track subdomains, Google will tell you how to tweak your codes
