Is there any way around an adsense ban?

When I first started off I threw adsense up and after a while I was banned, I assume for clicking my own ads, being a noob I didn't read the T&C's and didn't realise that it was against the rules. I just assumed I wouldn't make money from clicking my own links.

I sent them an email basically apologizing and they refused to re-instate my adsense account. Is there any way around it? Different address, ip change, new sites etc etc...or am I doomed forever?

    You clicked bombed yourself?
  • When you joined Adsense, you agreed that you had read and understood the terms and conditions. Fraudsters and scammers like you need to be kept out of the ecosystem. How do you think those of us who pay good money for adwords feels about that clicks you did on your own adverts trying to scam us? Fortunately you are.

    In short, -no.
  • not even if i was to open a new account in my girlfriends name at her address? or would my ip give the game away?

    • Yes. What you are proposing is fraud. It will be banned as soon as Google make the link and your girlfriend can never ever get adsense if she wants it. You committed fraud to get in this situation; now you want to perpetuate it! If you read Google T & C's they reserve the right to take civil action against you if you try and do this - so it can get worse than a ban.

  • Apply after few months, improve your site, it should receive visitors from Google search engines, or you can start your work freshly, with new domain name....
